Dennis Cox, a second-generation developer and central
Kentucky native, brings lifelong commitment and
experience in the challenges of residential and commercial
real estate to clients in Boyle and surrounding counties.
Dennis specializes in both development and investments.

After receiving his Bachelors in Business Administration
degree from Eastern Kentucky University, Dennis returned
to the Boyle County area and put to use his skills as a
Real Estate Developer, Builder, Registered Apartment
Manager, the registered certification of NAHB, and
Entrepreneur. He is now expanding his footprint to include
the central Kentucky area.
