Service Fee
Residents who choose to use this service will be responsible for the flat fee of $22.95 and must agree to this prior to completing the transaction.

Payment Timing
In order for your payment to be considered timely it must be received no later than the due date specified in the lease agreement. If timely payment is not made late fees will apply. Cox Residential will receive the funds from the credit card transaction directly in to a depository account, normally within two business days of when the transaction is completed.
